The New CEO’s Message to Employees
Dear Colleagues,
I want to thank Mr. Saad for his contribution to our company and industry. More important, I want to thank him for building such resourceful team in ARGAS. I am thrilled to join you on this journey, and honored to be part of such team.
We acknowledge the challenges our industry face and how tough it has been lately. I know you are working incredibly hard to achieve outstanding results regardless of the challenges you face every day. The Shareholders, the Board of Directors and myself, do, sincerely appreciate your dedication. Our Company’s purpose is to provide: customized solutions to address our customers’ challenges. Our quest is to differentiate ourselves to maximize our shareholders’ value. This is what we aspire to do in a broad and enduring sense. This purpose is evident since the inception of ARGAS back in 1966 and empowered by our founders, shareholders and previous management over the years. The values we share are embodied in everything we do: we will continue to exhibit ethical and honest behavior, fair offering, equal conduct in safe and healthy work environment. I believe in our teamwork, sound decision making, and effective strategies naturally flowing from each individual’s “give and take” throughout every engagement with our colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners. This what makes ARGAS the everlasting provider in this industry.
Our collective-focus from today onward is to improve our finances, address quality and secure only sustainable business. Those three areas are critical to our future. You have done a lot, and we can do more -internally- to get our house in order. We must work collaboratively to optimize, improve, simplify our processes and practices through creative thinking. We honor best-practice and inherited traditions of our industry, but we must do things differently and challenge what we do to optimize our resources.
I am confident that, with your dedication, we will deliver beyond expectations. I am keen to hear from each one of you on how we can best move this forward. I know everyone is busy, so I will put a plan to meet with you in the next few weeks and learn more about what you do and how we can do it better, safer, faster and more cost-effective.
